transmission oil level check and oil change

There is no dip stick, if that is what you are looking for. There is an inspection plug at the top rear near the tail piece. Fluid is filled there until it overflows. The car needs to be level when you do this. Some have a drain plug, usually the oil is drawn out through the fill hole.

I am guessing the only way to add transmission fluid is to buy some kind of pump to pump oil in,or have a Jaguar shop do the complete transmission fluid change. I always dropped the pan on American made transmissions to drain them cant the same be done with a Jaguar.
