How do I deal with false ad on your web sight from Kunes Country Ford?
I purchase a 2018 Cadillac CT5 from Kunes Country Ford 500 miles from where I live because it was listed on your web sight that the vehicle had Adaptive Cruse Control and other safety feature I wanted. So to day I went to a Cadillac dealer in Jefferson City, MO for oil change that was over due and asked a sales person to show me how to use the adaptive cruse control and park assist. He informed me that the car did not have those features. I was shocked and majorly disappointed to say the least. The ad was false and I was misinformed. When I arrived at Kunes the car had close to 2000 more miles then they listed in the ad. I had drove 500 miles so decided to let that issue go. I found this false ad on your web sight and didn't know I was deceived until today. What can your company do to assist in this matter? I have called the sales manager and the call hasn't been returned yet. I will make my mind up on what to do about this issue after hearing from all parties. I was a false and deceptive ad by the dealer on your web sight.
