my cigarette light and radio and clock don't work

I puged a cell phone and it soundes like a fuse poped and the cigarette light,radio and clock don't work now. I want to know if it is a fuse

You don't mention what year of Camry, but most of the cigarette lighters are controlled by a fusible link, which is like an in-line fuse which can be found behind the socket of the lighter assembly. You will need to cut and splice in an inline fuse holder to fix this.
