How do you change a rear break light

Generally from inside the trunk. Find the bulb holder, twist it and pull.

With the Camry, you need to unscrew the actual taillight housing from inside, which should have big black twist-off plastic nuts which hold it in. By pulling the housing out you will have access to the bulb holder.
