95 3.0 camry wagon cruise issue

Question type: General

about 6 month ago our wagon started having no cruise control.  the power on light come
on , but when you set the speed , it blinks a couple of times and goes out. Any ideas?

Check your linkage and make sure cables are moving freely. You may have a bad control module. You will most likely have to have the error codes read. Could be an expensive fix depending on what went bad. If you are able to find out what has gone bad from having the codes read, you may be able to find a used part via Ebay or your local salvage yard.

I have a 95 wagon with a v6 and have not had any marjor problems with. But my daughter in college had a 94 wagon with the 4 banger and it getting a little better mpg and allot easy to work on.
