how to fix my camry 2011 passenger side torn in the middle seat belt

I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry yesterday and found that it's passenger seat belt is half torn in the middle, which causes problem when fastening (stucks). . Can I replace it easily or is there any other way to fix it? Can I apply any glue or patch?

NO. No glue, no patch. No sewing together. Needs to be replaced. Sorry for that news, but if you bought it from a dealer, demand they fix it, they sold you an unsafe car. If private party, you are stuck with the repair.

There are several seat belt assemblies on Ebay at the moment. You will be looking at $65-85 for a replacement piece.
