Corolla brakes

My brakes keep sticking I had it checked at first one
in Ohio and then I had to put it in the shop at Toyota
in Ohio and pd over $500 I’m back home kentucky
and it starts doing it again.

are the calipers new ? there's nothing to retract them all they do is relax if they are old they may stick , it's a good system but they have to work in the worst conditions , to be honest I peel ; the boot on the caliper piston and get some penetrating fluid in there before I compress the piston , other mechanics have said thats nuts but I've been doing it for many years and have rarely had to replace a caliper so nuts to them , I'll bet your hub caps are dark from brake dust
either the caliper piston or the pins are bad/stuck
