You will have to narrow it down. It could be wheel balance, it could be wheel bearing, tie rod end, strut or several other items. Seeing that you say it gets worse at higher speed I would look at balancing all the wheels. Even if this does not take care of the problem its still a good idea.

The drive shaft could be out of balance, a U-Joint could be bad.
This is a question I have a 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser has bad vibration between 70 and 80 took both driveshaft out Adam rebalanced new you joints greased installed them brand new tires balanced still have vibration what is the cause of this
Mine also(LC 2007)have same issue,change new tires,joints, shaft,engine&gear box mounting,new shocks, bushes etc.still having vibration from 80 kmph...Any suggestion please
