Well first of all, fuses do not just "break". A fuse blows when there is a short to ground before the load in the circuit causing a spike of amperage and thereby disabling the fuse (fuses are essentially safety devices). You should investigate the circuit which is having this problem to find the root cause of the issue as replacing fuses is not going to fix this problem. Also you should use the correct amperage rating fuse for that circuit, because a 15A fuse will allow up to an extra 5 amps of current to flow through the circuit which is not designed or that, and that can further aggravate the situation you are having, it can even lead to melted wires, connectors, burned out electronic modules, or a fire.
