When I go through a car wash I get steam out of the front why

cold water + hot engine = steam

ummmm really lol well your moter dose get hot and when water hits it it will put out steam so their is nothing wrong with it its normal

It's the cool water hitting your hot engine and turning into steam.

Your weather seals under the hood,located at the top if the inner fenders on both sides of the hood need replacing.A very cheap fix.Take the vin # of your car to your local FORD dealer and they can look up the part # , they are probably less than $12.00 each.
