go to youtube and watch some videos type fuel pump relay 93 mustang ot go to stangnet.com or mustangforums.com also do google images

look at your fuse box under the hood for fuse and relays that are blown or maybe feel to see if 1 of the relays is getting warm with the key on or clicking
