Selling car with frame damage

Asked by Rman1989 Sep 30, 2013 at 12:09 AM about the Ford Mustang

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My father has recently bought a car
from a private seller. When asked
about the car he said that it is in
good shape and will pass inspection.
When we took it to get inspected
turns out there is frame damage and
it will not pass inspection. However
the seller owns his own repair shop
and slapped an inspection sticker on
it so he was able to drive it. I was
wondering if he can legally do this
and if there is anything we can do
about it

Since the car was sold to your father under false pretenses...you should seek out an attorney to sue this clown and get his $$ back. Remember, most lawyers do NOT collect a fee up front. They get paid only if and when you do. This is a clear case of FRAUD, in my opinion.
