My 1993 toyota pickup 2.4 engine will not start ( turns over fine) when warm
or hot weather. I have replaced EFI relay, water temp sensor, coil, and check
the air flow meter. When it is cool outside the engine will start and run fine
until the temperature warms up. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

check out toyota4runner.org. on this subject. some people have had the same problem and put an extra relay in between the battery and the starter. something about the old wire being bad and drawing to much juice in warm weather not allowing enough to go to the starter.
I would have the Ignition Control Module and the Coil checked, if you take them out Auto Zone can check them. Heat definitely can affect the ICM.
Sounds like ignition control module. I had the same problem. It would start and run fine, but when weather was hot, or in stop and go traffic, it would cut out. Replaced the ICM and it ran fine. My truck also had issues with rollover fuel pump shutoff switch and ignition relay which can also cause the engine to not start.
