Milky transmission fluid

How is it possible that I'm getting water in my
transmission?

Have checked out all the radiator etc out, plus if was coming from there would have green coolant in transmission

How do you know you have water in your transmission. Did you do a dump and fill? Very old fluid will look grey and milky. Transmission fluid should be nice and red. How old is your RAV? Newer Toyota's used extended life coolant, which is orange or yellow.

Has had new transmission put in plus has been flushed twice at mechanics, car is 1996, and it's pretty obvious yes it is milky and red,
