Which tyres did the new Audi S4 come with

I have a grating noise when I go roung a sharp corner when the car is in full lock.  I have had the tyres changed in the Summer and my dealership are saying they do not have the right tyres and have changed the wheel and tyres to Pirelli, would this stop the grating noise?  They are saying to me to put new tyres on.

Hi Sally ... You didn't specify model year or trim so I am going with the standard 2006 sedan model. The Tirerack (www.tirerack.com) says the car originally cam with 235/40-18s which were either Continental ContiSportContact 2 or Dunlop SP Sport 01. Given the correct size there shouldn't be a problem but does the noise sound like rubbing or something else? The dealership is probably the word you should go with in this case and get the correct tires on the car. Then complain loud and long to the place where you got the Pirellis and hope for some relief.
