Where are the fuses for the radio and cd player on the 2006 ford escape xlt located

there are 3 fuses for the radio in the smart junction box which is located below the center of the dash. fuse 4 is a 10A, fuse 7 is 10A. and fuse 12 is 5A.

I have a 2008 Ford escape the radio will not come on and I'm trying to see how to fix it the fuse is good I checked.So what is next
