truck stalls while driving and the message center says low oil pressure but it
starts right back up. had and oil change and it continues to stall but starts

Low oil level, wrong oil filter, wrong oil type, bad oil pressure sender. Digging deeper would be a bad oil pump, worn engine bearings. Oil warnings are never good, best to have it checked before driving it anywhere, maybe a mobile mechanic that come to you would help.
