K&N cold air intakes, complete tune up. On the expensive side messing with the computers (ECU)
Thing you gotta think about though is weight reduction. That truck is probably heavy as hell. I would suggest a dual exhaust setup, not thicker inside diameter but more flowing. try to find some aluminium if not carbon fiber parts for your truck. Maybe a turbo would be cool... all depends on how much you want to spend
sell it and go buy the 5.4L option instead. it will be cheaper in the long run
