Completely charged batter dies on just one crank. Truck doesn't try to even turn over and battery dies completely

Ditto. Time for new battery. 'Completely charged does not mean it has CCA's available

Check the battery with a multi meter. If it reads somewhere around 12.4 volts, then take it to a place like auto zone to check the amperage in the battery. You need the amperage to work the starter.
