my 86 is shaking every time that i start it, is there a way to stop that

Probably time for a tuneup. Use a good fuel system cleaner while you are at it.

Look at the engine shaking at idle. View the motor mounts to see if they are broken. Using a prybar when the engine is off is a good way. If you have excessive play between the mount, frame, and engine when prying, that could be your problem.
