my ac clutch fuse keeps blowing as soon as i turn it on. could it be the preesure switch on the side of canister?

This can be caused from to much freon in the system,or bad ac compressor.

If it blowing fuse,s,there is and issue with it,may be bad clutch,and have had new compressor,s go out lees than a year.
