how hard is it to change the fuel ejectors in the 1999 f250 7.2 desil

my truck will lope when in idle or stopped but it doesn't do it all the time.

It is not terribly hard. Just make sure all the o rings stay on the old ones when you pull them out and put them back on the same color, same place when you install them back. I would replace the wiring harness and valve cover gaskets under the valve covers first. These go to the injectors and are known for going out.
