Does it do this when the vehicle is moving or when you turn the wheels?

Sadly, most likely is your control arm bushings...hopefully not the tie-rod ends....but if the vehicle isn't moving will have have to rule that out~
Yes as O13 said, we need to know when it does it to help you.

lower ball joints are "permanently sealed" get a load of that design feature----it's the anti-grease gun.....oh no...they're takin' away our grease guns.....~
The government wants our guns! They aint gettin my grease gun, son bitches!
It could be the coil spring is getting hung up in the mount.
It makes the noise when i am driving, when stopped there is no noise.
Could be alot of things have the dealer or whoever put it on a rack and spins the wheels. It will be easy to find then.

no...tenspeed nailed it,,,as usual, what in the world would make a "spring" sound other than a spring? have someone shimmy under there and dollars to donuts it's a broken spring!
