Either a bad CV joint in the front axle, or a bad front end part like a tie rod, ball joint or wheel bearing.

Look for wet boots on the front axle, where grease has ben flung out of the boot.

Can not be good to continue driving it until its resolved/repaired. Could be a safety issue.
