It means your engine can run on fuel with 10 to 15 percent ethanol. Most fuel in the US now has up to 10 percent added. You can fuel your vehicle with E85 which is 15 percent ethanol vs the regular gasoline at 87 octane. E85 is cheaper, but you will get less MPG, around 20 percent less.
