Code P0171

I have a 2000 focus zx3 and when I drive it
runs great but when I stop at a stop signal
or stop sign it starts to lose power and
sometimes shuts off. The check engine light
just recently came on and it only read one
code P0171 I've changed the MAF sensor
the O2 sensor the spark plugs and the air
filter it rides better but it still loses power
when stopped. Can someone please help
me?
