Ford Freestar Van

Asked by ilikemyvan Mar 10, 2008 at 09:02 AM about the Ford Freestar

Question type: Car Customization

My Freestar handles terribly on snow and ice (even a little ice). What can I do to help this problem.  Would studded tires help the problem or hurt the car?  I live in the northeast and get a lot of snow and ice.  Are studded tires worth the investment?

Snow tire will help. I live in Ontario Canada (3 1/2 feet of snow on the ground right now) and I only use All season on the family van, but when we bought it, it had snows on it and the van drove great.
