My state labels its gasoline to have up to 10% ethanol mix. Will that harm my
2008 shelby cobra's engine?

Your Shelby will be fine with up to 15% or E15 ethanol mix. E-10 will work just fine. Always buy name brand "top tier" fuel. Google "top tier gasoline" for more information.
