so i replaced the pilot bearing on my 93 ford ranger put it back together and now the truck wont start can u help?

Nothing to do with the pilot bearing. Check all the wires and harness connections you unplugged along with the starter circuit and terminals on the starter you'll find your mistake.
Did it run before you did thi pilot bearing? What size engine is this 2.3 3.0 or the 4.0. I would run back through the wireing that you may have unplugged like this guy said to do or u may have a broken wire some where also on fords they have a starter solinoid on the passenger side fender if all you are getting is a click sound try that if it wont do anything at all check the nutral safty switch or the clutch safty switch (i said both because u did not specify if it were auto or manul shift)
