does anyone have a performance chip in a gen2 taurus if so what differance did it make?

they dont make that much of a difference,unless you have a dyno tune to go with it.

im planing on getting a PCD adjustable chip as well as 2&1/2'' exhaust and a cold air intake. also gettin z rated tires and tein shocks and struts

that all sounds great,but youll still need a tune for it.I dont mean a tune up.is a test & tune done by a speed shop.

yes i know what you mean. its a ECU tune remap my fuel air ratio. the chip comes pre tuned for my specific car
