Question type: Car Customization

Hi I'm getting a air intake for my 93 thunderbird 302 5.0L. I'm wondering if there is any thing I should be worried
about before installing it? Or if I have to program any thing at all I hoping I don't have to cause I really don't have the
cash to program any thing on her rite now.

The MAF as in Mass Air Flow. I'm replacing the hole hose but I have a air senser and I'm also wondering about that like if I have to cut the pipe or just the original hose where the sensor is. But I won't know until I get hopefully in the next couple of days in the mail. Ok I will be sure to disconnect the battery before any thing.
