1993 mercury capri

Found this diagram for capri starter, don't see starter motor relay. Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Two voltage circuits at starter motor, one comes from battery and is hit all the time. The other circuit goes hot with key in the crank position and is wired through the clutch or neutral switch. The starter motor grounds through the engine block. Voltage and ground both are important. Any testing make sure tranny is in park or neutral and parking brake is set.
