The car Jerks and sometimes shift bad at low speeds. Once I hit the gas hard it
goes away

Have you checked transmission fluid level? It could be low. If not, try adding TransX or Lucas Trans, or Best Line Trans additive. Next, try having fluid changed,, and trans filter replaced (pan drop)
