STI BRAKES

Just got a question for those running the gold brembo's on their STI'S. Any suggestions on replacement rotors. My mechanic is a crazy japanese guy who is big on the powerslot rotors but I don't know much about that company. He did all the work on my GSR Teg and it rocks but my STI is my STI !!!!! Oh yeah and keep in mind I drive my STI how it was born to be driven. WRC style through the streets of Toronto.

many people around me Love Stop tech for big brake kits and rotors, they are a very nice alternative to the Brembo's. otherwise shop around check specs.
I'm currently running Powerslots on mine with Performance Friction pads and have been quite satisfied with the overall performance. I did have the rotors cryo treated through a company that's local to me Diversified Cryogenics, which is more widely known as Frozen Rotor. I did this in an effort to try an lengthen rotor life as the EBC Yellowstuff pads I was originally using went through the factory replacements in about a year.
Powerslots are really good rotors. For years it has been one of the best cheap brake modifications (On a lot of cars, they'll increase the diameter of the actual rotor). Also, they are slotted and NOT cross-drilled. If you drive on dirt, sand, mud, clay etc. the chance of something getting stuck in the brakes are greatly reduced with these rotors.
These are the best rotors available that I'm aware of in NZ/OZ... http://www.dba.com.au/2006/products_5000.asp
