Yes, Subarus are all wheel drive at all times. You are never in two-wheel drive.

And some older models have VDC vehicle dynamic control which is essentially similar to traction control. This is extremely helpful specially on snow, it gives you better control, but it does not give you license to drive erratically.

You may have a fuse under your hood in the main fuse and relay box look at the back of the cover for awd with the fuse in you are awd Stephen to get a ford
