1998 subaru legacy out back wagon

Was driving home from work wjen my
car lost power check engine rapidly
blinking. And the fan is constantly
running until the car is shut off. Any
ideas of what might be the problem.

Have the engine codes read and post them here. The radiator fan running all the time would indicate that the car is running hot. You should service the cooling system.
