I own a sign and graphics company and have worked with Lexan for years. Never use paint thinner to try to clean up foggy lenses. You can remove the lens and use polishing compound with a foam pad on a variable speed drill so as to not put melt marks on the lens or you can buff it by hand. If it's just the outside you can buff it without removing the lens. If you did damage the lens with the paint thinner, then your only course of action is what Tom recommended. Hope that helps.
look it up. its where you clear out the lenses, take out the inner cover, and paint the inside of the housing black. you then put on just the outer cover (when its clear) and leave it like that. alot of people just put halos in, but i opted for led strips.
