Is the moonroof & passenger window a fuse problem or an electrical problem?

Moonroof is tilted but wont close.  Passenger window will go down, but wont go back up. Also the lighter outlet is not working.

most likely electric problem cause a fuse would not let any of them work!start with the switch's and then window and moonroof motors those are the 2 most common problems i know of if those are fine youll have to tear out door panels headliner and some of your dash to pinpoint you problem good luck man hope its a easy fix
