Can I put a 1996 mitsubishi galant motor into a 2006 galant?

depending on how much time and work you want to do you can put any motor in the car but yes you would have to swap wiring and both ecu's for the swap and would need to remove the motor tranny mounts that are for the 06 engine and tranny and swap in the mounts for 96 stuff you will mostly like need to custom fab the mounts in easy way to dothat is too lower motor and trans in the engine bay put the mounts on both of them and mark bolt holes on the frame of the car
