MonteroSport GLS 2010 - Heating

Hi. I am planning to buy a Monterosport 2010 GLS. And
everythinf about it seems good until I saw the temperature
halfway to overheating. What could be the problem? And is
this a sign to not pursue it? Thanks!

that is the normal temp of the Montero when engine is running. nothing to be worried about.
