Could be a number of things including the pump which is in the gas tank. You determined you have spark. That is a good start. Have someone help you on this. Have them put an ear close to gas tank while you turn the key to on. Don't try to start it yet. This makes too many other noises that can obscure pump noise. They should hear the pump run for a few seconds then stop. What works really well is a stethoscope put to the tank. If you are sure the pump is not running you will have to look into power supply to the pump. The ECM delivers power to the relay for the pump. Check if relay is engaging. Use your stethoscope again. If relay clicks and no fuel pump most likely bad pump. If no relay engagement look to ECM or pump relay.
