1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass starts and runs great ,But no lights headlight's tail lights or running lights, plus no turn signal are horn plus no dash lights , fuses look good

The turn signal sitch on my 96 olds cutlass supreme got stuck and wouldn't move... Was able yo jiggle it free, now it moves freely! Blinkers and tail lights no longer work....how do we fix this? 2 Answers

The turn switch in the steering column now moves freely, no blinkers, no brake lights or tail lights....probably a broken switch in the column..... Can this be fixed? Where do I source the part?
