Turns over and is getting gas and spark. Seems to want to start at first but
coufhs but doesn't turn over

I replaced the fuel pump recently and put in a new fuel tank but since then it hasn't started, it seems like it gets flooded. The carburetor is only a few years old and seems to be working properly

I just trying starting it again and didn't pump the gas and it turned over and started but the choke appeared to be closed and it died out and now won't turn over again. The carburetor is new only a year old and worked fine prior to me replacing the fuel tank and fuel pump. It is getting plenty of gas
