Suspension on delmont 88

I put some bigger wheels on my 1968 olds delmont
88 and now the car will go from left to right on its
own while I'm holding the steering wheel straight
any suggestions i have changed everything except
the gearbox

New tires can be defective from the factory. It happened to me.

No sarcasm dBoy. This is clearly a safety issue but I suppose you would rather be "cool" than safe.
