Yes but it will require either the kick panel removal or possible destruction of the vehicle. How much cable came out?

this is the same question, i commented on earlier, i don't know of an easier way than to remove the drivers side grill, and use a long screw driver, and (flashlight from the other side). The grill may be able to unscrew might not....
