Our 1993 olds 98 regency has a problem with the information center so we got another centr for it , it also does the same thing flashes to set information then starts clicking very fast now the used center does the same is this a problem with the cluster reading the computer or might it be an electrical pronlem

Sound,s like and issue with the ECM,if all the wire,s are hooked up right,is the engine light on in the car?
