Since it is firing on staring fluid, you know that the ignition is working. Check the fuel line for pressure. It should be around 45 PSI. You should hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds when the key is turned to the "On" position. Could be a dead fuel pump.

If the pump is working then head to a local tool rental place like auto zone and pick up a node light set to test if all the injectors are getting a pulse. if they are getting a pulse then OHM out the injectors. If not have fun tracking that down. 2 bad injectors will keep a car from running and my neighbors lumina had 2 go out in the same week. And Muhammad the car is a 1990 not 1970 its fuel injected not carbureted.
