where is the headlight control module located on a 97 firebird?

passenger headlight motor doesn't stop cycling- it goes up and then down every time

this picture shows it for 93-97 against the firewall on the passenger side~...I'd suspect a bad ground as electronic brains do not fail sometimes, but available power/grounding does~ Clean the 1/0 black cable with a wirebrush, the ground spot where it attaches and the lug too~
