Low on Freon. The system is pressurized so if you aren't familiar with servicing freon systems, have it checked by an Air Conditioning repair shop. As a temporary fix, you might try one of the recharging kits at auto supply stores for about $30. But if the system is leaking, it will be a waste of money.
