2000 Grand Prix SE with 171k mi. not inspected and sitting for 3 years. Is there a market or should it just be scrapped for a few hundred dollars?

Leather seats, power driver seat, 3.8L engine; company car for most of the miles; did not
want to put money into an inspection; few rust out spots; new tires but car has been
sitting unused for 3 yrs.

It's not worth much, especially if the inspection process is costly. You might get a few hundred for it from someone needing a parts car though. It's better to get a few dollars and have someone come and get it than to have to pay to get rid of it.
